Your account credentials — login details, PIN or password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. b55 support staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact b55 support immediately. b55 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to credential sharing by the account holder.
b55 may request identity verification at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of routine account review. Verification documents may include a CNIC, mobile number confirmation or other documentation as required. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal functions suspended until verification is completed.
b55 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All deposits are credited to your b55 account balance in PKR with no platform-side conversion fees.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your b55 balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of deposit. b55 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds and will communicate any changes in advance where possible.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited to b55 are from a legitimate source and belong to you. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be flagged for review and could result in account suspension pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are issued in PKR.
b55 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Once approved by b55, funds typically arrive in your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet within a short processing window. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Processing times can vary during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be met. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering is incomplete will be queued until the requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited. b55 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal regardless of account history.
b55 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the bonus offer at the time it is presented.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. All bonuses carry an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date and time, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

All bets are accepted subject to available odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds can change at any moment — particularly during live in-play betting — and the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. b55 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Once a bet has been settled and the result confirmed, it cannot be amended or reversed except in cases where a clear technical error occurred on the b55 platform. Settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the official result issued by the ICC, PCB or the relevant board overseeing the match.
A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if odds were published in error due to a technical or data feed issue. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
In-play bets are accepted in real time during live events. Due to the fast-moving nature of live matches — particularly cricket — there may be a brief delay between a market being suspended and your bet being processed. b55 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after a key event (such as a wicket falling or a boundary) has occurred but before the relevant market was suspended, if it can be determined that the outcome was already known at the time of the bet.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per betting market. These limits are shown within the betting section. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit.
All slot games and casino titles available on b55 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game outcome is fully independent — previous results have no influence on future results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and reflect the theoretical long-term return over a very large number of rounds.
The b55 game library may be updated from time to time. Games may be added, temporarily suspended for maintenance or permanently removed. b55 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific title.
If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault — such as a dropped internet connection or a server-side error — the round will either be completed automatically when connection is restored or voided with the stake returned, depending on the nature of the interruption. b55 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's device or internet provider.
In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts may be voided. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. This applies to all slot games, bingo rounds and any other RNG-based titles on the b55 platform.

All b55 players are expected to use the platform in good faith for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:
b55 monitors account activity continuously. Players found to be in breach of conduct rules will have their accounts reviewed and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full.
