01 What Personal Data We Collect

When you register for a b55 account or use any part of the platform, we collect different categories of personal information depending on the action you are performing. Here is a breakdown of the main types of data we may hold about you:

Registration Information

When you create your b55 account, we collect your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information you provide during sign-up. This information is required to open your account and verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Identity Verification Data

Where identity verification is required — for example, before processing a withdrawal or following a security review — we may ask you to provide a copy of your CNIC or another acceptable form of Pakistani identity documentation. This data is collected and stored securely and used exclusively for verification purposes.

Transaction and Financial Data

We record all deposits, withdrawals and bonus transactions on your account. This includes the amount, date, time, payment method used (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card) and the status of each transaction. We do not store your full mobile wallet credentials or bank account passwords — payment authentication is handled directly by your payment provider.

Gaming and Betting Activity

We maintain a record of your wagering history — including which games you played, which sports markets you bet on, stake amounts, outcomes and session durations. This data is used for account management, responsible gaming monitoring and to resolve any disputes about settled bets or game rounds.

Technical and Device Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you access b55, including your IP address, device type, operating system version, browser type and approximate geographic location derived from your IP. This helps us optimise the platform for the devices Pakistani players actually use and to identify unusual access patterns that may indicate a security issue.

Customer Support Communications

If you contact b55 support, we retain a record of those communications — including the content of messages, the date and time they were sent and the outcome of any support case. This helps us provide consistent support and refer back to previous interactions when needed.

02 How We Collect Your Data

b55 collects personal data through several channels:

  • Directly from you — when you register, complete verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support, or update your account settings.
  • Automatically during use — via server logs, session tracking and device information collected whenever you access the b55 platform through your browser.
  • From payment providers — when a transaction is processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank, we receive confirmation data about the transaction from the respective provider. We do not receive your wallet password or banking credentials.
  • From identity verification services — where we use a third-party verification provider to confirm the validity of identity documents, we receive the verification result and any relevant document metadata.
b55 does not purchase data from third-party data brokers or marketing lists. All personal data we hold comes directly from your interaction with the b55 platform or from the service providers we use to operate it.

03 Why We Use Your Personal Data

b55 uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes:

Purpose Data Used Why It Is Necessary
Account creation & management Name, mobile number, date of birth To open and maintain your b55 account
Identity verification CNIC, date of birth, name To confirm you are 18+ and who you say you are
Payment processing Transaction data, payment method details To process PKR deposits and withdrawals
Platform security IP address, device data, login activity To detect fraud, bot activity and unauthorised access
Customer support Communications, account history To resolve queries and disputes
Responsible gaming monitoring Wagering history, session data To identify and support players showing risk patterns
Platform improvements Aggregated usage data To improve performance, game selection and UX

b55 does not use your personal data to serve third-party advertising on other websites or apps. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to marketing companies.

04 Who We Share Your Data With

b55 limits data sharing strictly to what is necessary to operate the platform. We do not share your personal information with any party for commercial marketing purposes. The categories of third parties who may receive your data as part of normal platform operations are:

Payment Service Providers

When you make a deposit or withdrawal using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, a bank transfer or a debit/credit card, the relevant transaction details are shared with that payment provider to complete the transaction. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and data policies. b55 shares only the minimum information required to process each payment.

Identity Verification Providers

Where a third-party service is used to verify your identity document, your CNIC details or other verification data will be shared with that provider for the purpose of verification only. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and not use it for any other purpose.

Technology and Hosting Partners

The b55 platform is hosted on secure servers. Our hosting and infrastructure providers have access to platform data as a technical necessity, but are bound by data processing agreements that restrict how they may handle that data.

Legal and Regulatory Disclosures

b55 may be required to disclose account or transaction data in response to a valid legal process, such as a court order or a formal request from a relevant authority. In such cases, we will disclose only what is legally required and will not volunteer additional information beyond the scope of the request.

b55 does not share your personal data with sports data companies, advertising networks, affiliate marketers or any other commercial third party for the purpose of profiling or targeted marketing.

05 Payment Data and Financial Privacy

Handling payment data carefully is especially important to us, given that our Pakistani players transact in PKR through mobile wallets and bank accounts tied to their everyday finances.

What We Store

b55 stores transaction records — amounts, dates, methods and statuses — for every deposit and withdrawal on your account. These records are necessary for account balance management, withdrawal processing and dispute resolution. We do not store your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN, your mobile banking password or your full card number. Card payments use tokenisation, meaning a secure reference token is stored rather than the actual card data.

Transaction History Access

Your full transaction history is accessible from within your b55 account dashboard at any time. You can review all deposits and withdrawals, their amounts in PKR and their processing status. If you believe a transaction has been recorded incorrectly, contact b55 support with the relevant details and we will investigate promptly.

Never share your JazzCash or Easypaisa account credentials, mobile banking PIN or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with anyone — including anyone claiming to be b55 support. b55 will never ask for these details.

06 How Long We Keep Your Data

b55 retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after account closure. The specific retention periods for different categories of data are as follows:

  • Account registration data — retained for the lifetime of your account plus up to five years after permanent account closure.
  • Transaction records — retained for up to five years from the date of the transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Identity verification documents — retained for the minimum period required to satisfy verification obligations, and then securely deleted.
  • Support communications — retained for up to three years from the date of the last interaction in the relevant support case.
  • Technical and device logs — typically retained for up to 12 months on a rolling basis, unless retained for longer as part of an ongoing security investigation.

When personal data is no longer required and the applicable retention period has expired, b55 securely deletes or anonymises that data so it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

07 How We Secure Your Data

b55 uses a combination of technical and procedural security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted between your device and the b55 platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS. This applies to your login, all account activity, deposit and withdrawal requests and any communications you send through the platform. The padlock icon in your browser address bar confirms that your connection to b55.bar is encrypted.

Encrypted Storage

Sensitive data stored on b55 servers — including identity verification data and financial records — is stored in encrypted form. Encryption keys are managed separately from the data they protect.

Access Controls

Access to player personal data within b55's internal systems is restricted to personnel who require it to perform their specific role. Staff with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations. Access is logged and reviewed periodically.

Your Own Security Responsibilities

While b55 secures the platform on our end, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Use a strong, unique password for your b55 account. Do not reuse a password you use elsewhere. Log out of your account when using a shared or public device. If you suspect your b55 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

08 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

b55 uses cookies and similar browser-based technologies to make the platform work properly and to understand how players use it.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the b55 platform to function. They maintain your login session so you do not have to re-enter your credentials on every page, remember your language and display preferences and ensure the security of your session. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.

Analytical Cookies

b55 uses analytical cookies to understand how players navigate the platform — for example, which pages are visited most frequently, where players encounter errors and how long typical sessions last. This data is used in aggregate to improve the platform. It is not used to build a personal profile for advertising purposes.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to view, manage and delete cookies through the browser's settings menu. If you block all cookies, some parts of the b55 platform may not function correctly. For guidance on managing cookies in your specific browser, refer to your browser's help documentation.

09 Your Privacy Rights

As a b55 player, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by b55. To exercise any of these rights, contact b55 support with your request and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Right to access — You can request a copy of the personal data b55 holds about you at any time.
  • Right to correction — If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you can ask us to correct it. Some data — such as your registered name — may require identity verification before it can be changed.
  • Right to deletion — You can request that b55 delete your personal data. Note that we may be required to retain certain data (such as transaction records) for a defined period even after account closure for legal and financial record-keeping reasons. In those cases, we will delete what we can and explain what must be retained and why.
  • Right to object to processing — You can object to b55 processing your personal data for a specific purpose, where that processing is not strictly necessary to operate your account.
  • Right to withdraw consent — Where data processing is based on your consent (for example, receiving promotional communications), you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.
Requests to exercise your privacy rights can be submitted to b55 support. We aim to respond to all data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. Complex requests may take longer, in which case we will notify you of the extended timeframe.

10 Children and Underage Players

b55 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 18. Registration requires confirmation that the player is 18 or older, and identity verification may be used to confirm this.

If b55 determines that a registered account belongs to a player who is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be reviewed and any data relating to that account will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor may have accessed b55, please contact support immediately so we can act.

11 Changes to This Privacy Policy

b55 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our data practices, the services we offer or applicable legal requirements. When material changes are made — for example, changes to what data we collect or who we share it with — we will notify active players through the platform or via their registered contact information where reasonably practicable.

The date displayed at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last reviewed. We encourage you to check this page periodically so you are always aware of our current privacy practices. Your continued use of b55 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Six Ways b55 Keeps Your Data Safe

These are the core principles that guide how b55 handles the personal information of every player on the platform.

SSL Encryption on Everything

Every connection between your device and b55 is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Your login, deposits, withdrawals and personal data are always transmitted securely — never in plain text.

No Data Sales — Ever

b55 does not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertising networks, data brokers or marketing companies. Your data is used only to operate your account and process your transactions.

Tokenised Payment Data

Card payments use tokenisation — b55 stores a secure token rather than your actual card number. Your JazzCash and Easypaisa PINs are never transmitted to or stored on b55 servers.

Strict Internal Access Controls

Only staff who genuinely need access to your data to do their job can see it. All internal access is logged, regularly reviewed and subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Data Deleted When No Longer Needed

When your data has served its purpose and the applicable retention period has expired, it is securely deleted or anonymised. b55 does not hold onto personal data beyond what is needed.

You Are in Control

You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting b55 support. Your privacy rights are real and we take requests seriously.

Play Responsibly. b55 is for adults aged 18 and above only. Betting and gaming should be kept within your personal budget and treated as entertainment — not as income. If your gaming feels difficult to manage, use the deposit limit and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings. For further guidance visit our Responsible Gaming page.
